JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the movement of goods by coordinating with shippers and carriers, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain management and transportation to build strong customer relationships while effectively managing accounts and driving sales growth.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, transportation management, or logistics sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and transportation management systems is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on contract management and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in 3PL (Third Party Logistics) or NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) is a plus.
  • Background in inside sales or account management within the freight industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of logistics planning, freight operations, and dispatching processes is beneficial.
