This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you’ll work with carrier partners, coordinate shipments, and help solve problems in real time. We're hiring for an entry-level position—ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, fast-paced work, and learning the logistics industry from the ground up. If you’ve worked in a busy restaurant, call center, warehouse, team-based environment, or the military, your skills may translate perfectly. Requirements What You’ll Do • Make daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity • Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers • Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery • Build relationships with carriers and identify opportunities to grow our network • Enter shipment updates and carrier information into our systems accurately and in real-time • Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver great service What You Bring • College education - with a focus or at least interest in business, logistics, or supply chain management • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and learning logistics systems • Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow • Previous logistics and TMW Suite software experience is a plus—but not required Why Hill Bros?
