QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, exports, or liner agency operations
• Knowledge of RoRo, Flat Rack, or Container shipping
• Strong understanding of freight transportation and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-related software
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience in RoRo liner service operations (booking, documentation, customer liaison)
• Sales communication and telephone etiquette
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges
• Previous experience liaising with shipping lines, ports, or terminal operators

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder (Export Clerk) – RoRo Liner Service Team to join our growing operations.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

The successful candidate will be part of our dedicated liner services team, focusing on RoRo cargo and supporting day-to-day shipping operations. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating export bookings and cargo documentation
• Managing customer and supplier communications
• Ensuring smooth end-to-end cargo handling and vessel operations
• Supporting the development of our liner agency services in the UK market
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
