• Manage freight forwarding from start to finish for import and export consignments
• Coordinate multi-modal shipments (Air, Sea, Road)
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication at all levels
• Prepare freight quotes and rates
• Produce Bills of Lading and Letters of Credit
• Handle customs clearance documentation
