Job Description Control of the logistics costs related to IMPORT -EXPORT operations, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the payment to the logistics providers in accordance with the Company procedures and ensuring compliance with the provisions of the different foreign trade laws such as Customs Law and its regulations, RCGMCE, International Treaties. Analyze financial information and download reports from company platforms. Follow-up and control of costs for freight and customs; for statistics and financial results. Uploading complete and correct information to company platforms ( shipments, payments, etc). Evaluate monthly the performance of the logistics providers on the correct and timely billing service, as well as the response time of clarifications. Supplier process payments ( Audit of invoices for logistic services of agreement to rates, contracts issued by SCMA and for services actually provided that must be reviewed with the operating area of the department). Back up by traffic operations : Coordinate the Import and export processes- consider the next points: Classification of products, use the LSP and rates approved by Corporate , complying with import and export regulatory documentation by external entities ( GOVERNMENT) and internal requirements, schedule and follow track shipments. Qualifications Financial Knowledge ( Logistics suppliers payment process). Ability to analyze costs and traffic reports. Operations Knowledge (customs, tax and related laws , CTPAT-OEA, IMMEX). Intermediate-Advanced English. Microsoft Advance ( Excel, Power Point, etc). Planning and Organization.
