FREIGHT FORWARDER (OCEAN/AIR/CUSTOMS)

Primary Location: Derby United Kingdom
C.H. Robinson, one of the world’s largest logistics platforms is looking for our next Freight Forwarder to join the team in Derby.
As a successful Freight Forwarder, you will thrive in a lightning-fast environment, finding swift resolutions to transportation and documentation problems. You’ll be very hands-on with your customers, working closely with them from the start of the shipment process. You will be directly involved with teams across Europe, making a significant impact on the European logistics landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

• High school degree
• Minimum of 2 years of Global Forwarding experience in ocean freight, air freight and experience in customs clearances
• Fluency in English

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Proven track record of strong customer service skills, interacting with customers and being client focused
• Excellent follow up with customers and the network

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree
