JOB DESCRIPTION

• Independent customer care from receipt of order to delivery
• Order processing according to SOP or IOP
• Document review and preparation for customs clearance
• Use of the GEODIS application programs CW1, CRM
• Use of the E-solution tool IRIS, if necessary customer portal
• Milestone maintenance; Ensure IRIS compliance
• Control of incoming invoices, processing in Poseidon
• Invoicing mainly by means of autorating
• Preparation of the monthly statements
