Your tasks:

• Operational handling of sea freight import shipments  
• Preparation of offers for existing customers and on an ad-hoc basis 
• Order entry and order processing in CW1 
• Independent coordination and planning of follow-up activities 
• Processing including invoicing and posting of incoming and outgoing documents 
• Customer service and complaint handling 
• Correspondence with national and international DSV branches, as well as with shipping companies and entrepreneurs 

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification 
• Experience in handling sea freight imports 
• Knowledge of standard MS Office programs 
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written. 
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor, as well as service and customer orientation. 
• Reliable time management, flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills
