• Independent handling of air freight shipments in import and/or export
• Organization and coordination of national and international transports
• Preparation and review of all air freight-specific shipping and customs documents
• Communication with airlines, customers, customs authorities and international partners
• Shipment tracking and deadline monitoring
• Handling of complaints and irregularities
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. What you bring to the table:
• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of air freight import and/or export
• Valid security clearance (ZÜP) according to § 7 LuftSiG
• Good knowledge of air freight-specific processes and documentation
• Proficient use of MS Office and common freight forwarding systems
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
