We are actively seeking a full-time, dedicated, energetic, and experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.

  • Identify, target, and convert new wholesale opportunities across air and sea freight.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale clients and overseas agents.
  • Promote consolidation services, express solutions, LCL/FCL options, and deferred routing tailored for the wholesale market.
  • Develop and implement trade lane strategies to grow GP and volume.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Act as the escalation point for service or pricing issues impacting wholesale clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends in wholesale freight.
  • Work with procurement and pricing teams to align sell rates with market conditions.
  • Provide monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Contribute to product development discussions and pricing strategies
