We are actively seeking a full-time, dedicated, energetic, and experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.

  • Developing and/or following sales strategy and target account listing
  • Building and developing relationships with potential clients
  • Following up on potential business opportunities and securing appointments to discuss their freight forwarding requirements & identifying solutions
  • Preparing and submitting quotations
  • Preparing and delivering effective presentations
  • Closing business deals and providing an effective handover to Team Leads / operations depts.
  • Managing the follow up of service failures / client complaints utilising the QHSE system
  • Traveling to various client bases throughout Australia, as required
  • Providing excellence in customer service ensuring repeat busines
