Description

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Central Administration Team holds responsibility for the day-to-day costing and billing activities for specific Sea freight & Air freight accounts. The role involves compliance to both Internal & client specific SOP’s designed to ensure that agreed service standards and financial compliance are maintained to the highest level on a consistent basis.

QUALITIES/EXPERIENCE

  • One year or more of experience in an office based role - data entry or clerical position
  • 2+ years experience in Logistics (preferrable not essential)
  • Maintain excellent efficiency with a strong attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate initiative and the ability to be proactive, while also being able to follow instruction
  • Deliver a ‘can do’ and proactive approach at all times
  • This is a full-time position offering hybrid working (once training complete)
    Please note that this role is working in conjunction with operations teams.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
