To strengthen our team in Rotterdam, we are looking for

FREIGHT FORWARDING CLERKS (M/F/D) – SEA FREIGHT EXPORT AND IMPORT (LCL / FCL)

in a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Independent order processing in the area of sea freight export and sea freight import
• Autonomous customer support and development in collaboration with supervisors
• Correspondence with our international customers and logistics partners via phone and email
• Scheduling, customs clearance, documentation and invoicing

Your profile

• Experience as a Freight Forwarding Clerk in the field of freight forwarding, logistics and sea freight
• Knowledge of customs regulations and customs clearance is desirable
• Proficient in industry-standard software and MS Office
• Good Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken
