Become part of our team as a Sea Freight Import Specialist and ensure smooth, compliant processes for our customers. In this role, you will implement customer-specific work processes and procedures and handle your assigned administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Your attention to detail and quality awareness will contribute to providing first-class service and maintaining our standards.

Ensuring the smooth and timely processing of import shipments
Optimization and securing of the documentation of workflows and processes
Customer support and advice
Customs clearance process
Handling correspondence with customers, agents and service providers
Proposal preparation and follow-up of the proposal process
Conducting sales negotiations
Securing and processing invoices to customers
Monitoring of meetings and appointments
Invoicing
All dangerous goods shipments are carried out in accordance with all applicable laws.

Actively contribute to a healthy and safe working environment by reporting unsafe/unsafe/unhealthy conditions and possible improvements.

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training in international freight forwarding or completed studies in business administration or similar.
several years of professional experience in international freight forwarding

A strong work ethic with an appreciation for personal responsibility, independence, accountability and autonomy in your role.
