• Coordination and monitoring of national and international transport operations
• Communication with customers, shipping companies, service providers and business partners at home and abroad
• Processing of transport orders including deadline tracking and status control
• Creation and review of transport-related documents
• Planning of transports taking into account economic and logistical requirements
• Contact person for customer inquiries and finding solutions for short-term changes or deviations in the transport process

Your strengths

• Completed training in the fields of freight forwarding, logistics or similar
• Several years of practical professional experience in a freight forwarding company specializing in sea freight or container logistics
• Fluent German and English for daily written and telephone communication with international clients
• Experience in independent order processing within the freight forwarding industry
• Structured and reliable work methods even under high order volume
