Your job duties & responsibility as a Customer Service Operator include but are not limited to the following:

• Interact with customers for bookings, pricing, service options and order updates
• Enhance customer experience, foster relationships and create customer loyalty
• Manage the status of customer orders through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise system and communicating exceptions to customers.
• Order follow-up using in-house systems
• Handling quotations, and costings to win business
• Handle customer inquiries and help as required
• Manage order status reports / In transit reports for client
