Your tasks:

• Supporting the Head of Customs / Transport Logistics in obtaining, evaluating and providing freight offers
• Operational handling and monitoring of transport orders including cost control
• Participation in tender processes and optimization and development of new transport concepts (creation of SOPs)
• Review of freight invoices and processing of transport damage claims
• Monitoring of export declarations and clarification of open transit procedures (in coordination with the Head of Customs)
• Preparation of movement certificates (e.g. EUR.1, A.TR., certificates of origin)

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training (ideally as a freight forwarding agent) and professional experience
• Organizational talent, independent and solution-oriented work style, and collegial demeanor.
• Good German and English skills, confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
