• Lead daily global export ocean freight operations with a focus on timely, cost-effective service.
• Manage and mentor a team of Logistics Specialists/Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (U.S. and foreign).
• Optimize processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Handle carrier rate negotiations, contracts, claims, and exceptions.
• Oversee operational and financial reporting, including metrics and performance tracking.
