JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate with overseas partners and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Coordinate daily shipment operations, ensuring smooth movement of cargo from origin to destination.
• Communicate with customs brokers, trucking companies, truck drivers, and port terminals to arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and customs clearance.
• Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and support internal teams as needed.
