You will manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process for our key customer accounts, handling shipments via Sea, Air and European Road for both Import and Export.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export).
• Familiarity with Incoterms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT ESSENTIAL):

• 1+ years’ experience in Import/Export operations.
• Knowledge of Sea, Air, Road, and Courier logistics.
• Customs clearance experience and familiarity with relevant procedures.

As a Freight Forwarding Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating Sea Imports, including UK landing, customs clearance, and container haulage.
• Managing the entire shipping process from booking to delivery.
• Arranging documentation and ensuring compliance with customs procedures.
• Tracking shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Delivering exceptional service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
