Principle Accountabilities of the Role:

Sales

• Ability to quote on existing customers based on previous work completed.

Operations

• Support end-to-end management of a job life including but not limited to quotes, bookings, customs, POD and invoicing.
• Knowledge of suppliers and agents to find the best solution to meet customer needs.
• Customs clearance knowledge is essential (CDS, destin8, CNS)
• Arrange booking of consignments and processing of customs clearances

Brand

• Positively grow JBM’s image through face-to-face visits and social media.

Finance

• Understand the overall target and goals of the company.

People

• Share knowledge with JBM team.
• Assist with training and mentoring of staff, where appropriate
