KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Processing, delegating, colour coding, archiving group emails of the company to the right PIC daily.
  • Identifying any unallocated / unactioned quotes through the daily e-mails received and notifying the Pricing Manager as and when applicable.
  • Utilizing all the possible Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams Tools to share details.
  • Proactively find ways and opportunities to improve the company’s shared mailbox, shared forms, shared software, and applications.
  • Registering quote request in the company’s system and archiving / uploading documentation where required.
  • Continuous business communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external, within the supply chain by email and phone, including but not limited to voice calls, short message services, WhatsApp, WeChat etc.
  • Partake in regular departmental and county specific meetings.
  • Partake in training exercises as deemed necessary from time to time.
  • Adhere to internal policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Carry on business in a way that does not compromise the security of the international supply chain or the company.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College/University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Outlook and office is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation is required.
  • Experience with CW1 (CargoWise One) is a strong advantage.
  • 1 year of Freight Forwarding experience is preferred.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Pricing Administrator will process and delegate all emails in the Pricing inbox.
