• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (air, sea, or land freight)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, target-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of global logistics markets and trends is a plu

• Develop and maintain a strong client base in international freight forwarding
• Identify new sales opportunities and close deals
• Build long-term relationships with customers and agents
• Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
