JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to promote and expand our road and land freight forwarding services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective market penetration.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the freight forwarding/logistics industry (road and land transport preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC freight forwarding market is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding (road and land).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the road and land freight forwarding sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client shipments.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
