JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Freight/Load Booking professional to join our dynamic transport company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight bookings, ensuring efficient load planning, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in negotiation and account management will be essential to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in freight booking or a related field within the transport industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics operations.
  • Experience in B2B sales, demonstrating an understanding of the market dynamics.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Experience with 3PL operations is highly desirable.
