Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor domestic UAE and GCC cross-border land freight operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective transportation. Support efficient shipment execution through effective coordination with transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily domestic and cross-border land freight movements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with transport providers and customs agents for smooth freight execution.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures.
• Verify shipping documentation and support customs clearance activities.
• Track operational performance, manage exceptions, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support efficient operations and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or land freight operations, including UAE domestic and GCC cross-border movements.
• Knowledge of land freight operations, customs processes, and transport documentation.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
