Description

We are looking for a Freight Operations & Pricing Specialist to be based in our Istanbul office, responsible for managing export operations with a strong focus on the USA trade lane. This position is created in collaboration with our partner Mare Logistics. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience in the USA market and a strong background in freight forwarding operations and pricing. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding * Proven experience in USA trade lane operations and pricing * Strong knowledge of export processes and documentation * Experience working with agents and international partners * Ability to manage pricing, quotations, and cost calculations independently * Good command of English (written and spoken) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Residing on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul * Manage end-to-end export freight forwarding operations * Coordinate shipments, bookings, and documentation processes * Maintain daily operational communication with agents * Actively manage and follow up on USA trade lane shipments * Prepare and manage freight quotations for the USA trade lane * Negotiate and optimize freight rates with carriers and partners * Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues * Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners * Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations * Dynamic and professional working environment * Opportunity to grow within an international logistics network
