We are looking for a Freight Operations Administrator with proficiency with Cargowise who will provide reliable administrative and operational support to Australian air and sea freight operations. The role focuses on documentation, coordination, tracking, and communication, enabling the Australian team to operate efficiently and remain client-focused. Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end administration of air and sea freight shipments Track shipment milestones and update internal systems Coordinate with carriers, agents, and partners as directed Escalate delays or issues to the Australian team promptly Prepare and process freight documentation, including bill of lading, airway bills, invoice, manifests, supporting customs documentation Update CargoWise and internal tracking tools accurately Maintain spreadsheets and operational logs Assist with basic reporting on shipment status and operational KPIs Qualifications and Experience Degree in Customs, Business Administration or any relevant field At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Prior experience in the shipment, logistics, or cargo industry is highly preferred.
