• Coordinating international shipments across air, sea, road, and courier services
• Liaising with global carriers – shipping lines, airlines, trucking firms, and freight suppliers
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as global agents
• Arranging essential shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with customs procedures such as AWB, BOL, CMR
• Keeping customers informed with shipment updates and necessary documents
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal company procedures
• Getting hands-on in our warehouse when required – inspecting and packing orders
