Requirements Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of freight brokerage, logistics sales, transportation sales, or 3PL business development experience Proven success prospecting and developing new business Experience selling Truckload and/or LTL transportation solutions Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills Competitive, self motivated, and results driven Experience using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus) Ability to work in our Lenexa, Kansas office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Equal Opportunity Employer Sims Global Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
