SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is essential.
  • Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, and road).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored freight solutions and quotations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
