We are seeking experienced freight or logistics sales professionals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in transportation sales who are looking for a high-earning opportunity in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: Prior experience in freight sales, logistics, dispatching, transportation sales, or as a freight broker
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Existing shipper contacts are preferred and may accelerate commission potential
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new shipper relationships through outbound prospecting, including up to 75-100 Daily calls and targeted email campaigns
  • Clearly present Freightivity’s services and competitive freight solutions to potential clients
  • Analyze shippers’ needs, identify challenges, and recommend tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on acquiring new shipper business
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional support and resolving operational issues promptly
  • Participate in rate negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize service agreements with decision-makers
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, balancing multiple opportunities at varying stages of development
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
