REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in account management, client retention, or customer success.
  • Experience managing tenders, contract renewals, and framework agreements.
  • Demonstratable experience in identifying and mitigating customer cancellation risks.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across various levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings when required.
Responsibilities
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients through regular meetings, account reviews, and proactive engagement.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our products and services and collaborate with Business Development Managers to secure additional business.
  • Lead Contract Renewals & Tenders: Understand client objectives and craft tailored proposals that align our solutions with their goals.
  • Prevent Customer Cancellations: Identify risks early and implement strategies to retain customers long-term.
  • Customer Retention: Design and deliver retention plans that address evolving client needs with proactive solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate client challenges and resolve them swiftly to exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Influence: Identify and engage decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders to strengthen and expand relationships.
  • Own the Customer Journey: Be the customer’s voice internally and our brand’s ambassador externally, ensuring seamless service.
