About the job In this job as French B2B Customer Care Payments Advisor you will be handling transactions and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.). Next to this, you will handle the onboarding of new customers (B2B), and furthermore you will be updating the merchants' information in the companies database. Before you start working, you will receive 3 weeks of fulltime training. After that you will get 2 nesting weeks with 50% productivity expected.
