Job Description Collections Specialist with French In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage the collection's function · To analyse and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to collections · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the collections process and reducing delinquency rates. · Ensure the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships Qualifications · Masters in French, Bachelors in French · Any other degree with certification in French · Diploma in French YOU MUST HAVE Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good proficiency in French; MA French, BA French, Diploma in French, B1/B2/C1/C2 certified Job location: Ambattur, Chennai
