Your Responsibilities Manage inbound sales inquiries from French-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone and email. Provide customers with detailed product information and personalized solutions to help guide their purchasing decisions. Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales objectives. Document and manage customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to enhance sales performance. Stay informed about current promotions, product updates, and market trends to support effective sales techniques. Who We Are Looking For Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
