Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer a position for a French Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in French, ensuring adherence to community standards. Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies and guidelines. Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the appropriate teams. Offer insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance moderation processes and workflows. Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions. Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with discretion. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
