Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier customer support to French-speaking clients using various channels. Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product information, payments, and returns with accuracy and professionalism. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, aiming to exceed customer expectations. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary to ensure issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about e-commerce platform updates, policies, and relevant market trends. Exceptional fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential. A minimum of B2 in English is required. Experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently and with attention to detail. Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and relevant e-commerce platforms. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
