Role Overview Are you fluent in French and English with solid experience in customer care? We are seeking French-Speaking Business Travel Advisors to join a premium corporate travel management project in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to business travelers and corporate clients, assisting them with itineraries, bookings, and travel modifications. This on-site position is perfect for professionals looking to utilize their travel sector background within a globally recognized corporate services framework. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for French-speaking corporate clients managing business travel plans. Handle, process, and resolve complex booking inquiries, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Deliver excellent written and verbal support, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Adapt swiftly to a dynamic corporate environment to solve real-time travel disruptions. Requirements & Profile Needed Languages: Native or proficient level of French paired with an advanced business level of English (C1 minimum). Experience: Mandatory 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry. Education: High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) is mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication, a highly adaptable mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities. Location: Ready to work on-site at our modern facilities in Porto. Work Schedule & Environment Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) in Porto, Portugal. Schedule: Fixed routine from Monday to Friday, operating between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM. Days Off: Enjoy your weekends fully free (Saturday and Sunday). Relocation Support For eligible candidates moving to Porto to join our team, we offer a dedicated international framework: Accommodation: Access to company-shared accommodation for up to 12 months (specific terms are fully detailed during the recruitment interview). Note: Initial travel and flight tickets are not covered. Compensation & Financial Benefits We offer a fully secure package built according to local Portuguese labor standards: Fixed Base Salary Structure: Paid monthly and distributed over 14 months per year.
