We are seeking French-Speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a premium project in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be the voice of a global company that operates in over 30 countries, helping millions of people improve their daily lives through customized meal subsidy and employee benefit programs. This position begins with a 6-month contract and offers excellent opportunities for development. Key Responsibilities Customer Guidance: Guide clients through various inquiries via inbound and/or outbound calls, providing clear, valid, and accurate answers with a warm and professional approach. Financial & Solutions Support: Assist clients by addressing questions regarding their saving-goals objectives and food benefit utilization. Upselling & Growth: Present and promote alternative service contracts, utilizing upselling skills to match choices that best suit the interests of the client. Information Management: Maintain reliable data, ensuring complete, valid, and high-quality information is delivered using the right internal methods and platforms. Requirements & Profile Needed Languages: Native or proficient level of French (written and spoken) with professional communication skills. Location: Must currently reside in or around Braga, Portugal. (Please note: The client does not provide a relocation package; candidates must be local). Skills: Strong active listening, goal-oriented mindset, empathy, and comfort navigating multi-system platforms. Work Schedule & Hybrid Path Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends completely free on Saturday and Sunday!). Working Hours: Rotational shifts scheduled between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM. Work Model: Starting on-site with a clear pathway to a Hybrid work model based entirely on your individual performance milestones.
