As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our client, assisting French-speaking customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscription management, technical issues, and content access. You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience for our customers. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers regarding streaming services Assist with subscription management, billing questions, and troubleshooting technical issues Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with technical and content teams to address and resolve complex issues Stay informed about new features, promotions, and streaming service updates Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications, tech, or streaming services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support provided Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Free Greek Course And More...
