You will play a key role in supporting French-speaking clients, ensuring they receive superior assistance and guidance regarding their jewelry inquiries. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to jewelry products, orders, and company policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends, collections, and industry developments. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service or retail, particularly in the luxury goods sector, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
