Key Responsibilities Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries related to financial products and services. Provide advice and support during the application and consultation process, ensuring a seamless experience. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through active communication and personalized service. Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain clear records and support efficient communication. Work collaboratively with various departments to address client needs and improve service delivery. Stay informed about market trends and product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a significant asset. Experience in financial services or customer support is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to clarify complex financial information. Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard computer applications.
