QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school degree
  • Be a positive example and resource to all Earlham Students
  • The candidate must be a native French speaker or fluent in French-speaking and writing.
  • A preferred candidate will be interested in teaching the French language
  • A preferred candidate will be at least part-way through a higher education degree.

Responsibilities
  • Aid the French instructors with their courses and language-related activities
  • Lead French conversation groups
  • Offer individual tutoring sessions
  • Grade daily work for French beginner classes
  • Organize or initiate French-related activities for the greater campus (Films, Food, Gatherings)
  • Aid the French instructors in organizing and hosting cultural activities.
