What We Are Looking For: Fluent in French (both spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
