Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. This role offers the chance to live and work in the historic and vibrant city of Athens while playing a critical role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for our French-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content according to company standards and policies. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in French to ensure it adheres to community guidelines. Accurately classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies. Identify inappropriate or harmful content and escalate issues when necessary. Provide regular feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation processes. Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality moderation standards. Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
