Essential Skills and Qualifications Fluent in French (requiring native proficiency or a minimum C1 level qualification). Possesses a good working proficiency in English (B2 level or above). Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with a proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively to others. Adopts a strong customer-centric approach, demonstrating patience, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates basic competence with computer applications and the aptitude to quickly master new software platforms. Must be capable of working physically on-site at our office location in Lisbon. Must be an EU citizen or hold valid, current work authorization/residency documents that permit legal employment within Portugal. Desirable (Non-Mandatory) Experience Previous professional experience in customer service, technical support, the hospitality sector, or a closely related client-facing domain. Familiarity with using CRM platforms or prior experience within a contact center environment.
