Stay diligently informed about product specifications, recent feature releases, and organizational policies to guarantee the provision of the most current and best possible service. Necessary Skills and Eligibility Native fluency in French (or validated minimum proficiency at the C1 level). Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Highly developed communication capabilities, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. A client-first mentality characterized by patience, strong empathy, and acute attention to operational detail. Fundamental competence in computer usage and the ability to quickly master new software and systems. Must be able to perform duties on-site at the office facility in Lisbon. Possession of EU citizenship or current, valid permits/documents granting the legal right to work and reside in Portugal.
