Key Operational Duties Provide direct, multi-channel support to French-speaking users via phone calls, electronic mail, instant messaging services (chat), and other digital contact points. Commit to staying updated on all product developments, feature releases, and organizational policies to ensure the advisory service provided is always of the highest quality. Essential Qualifications and Requirements Fluency at a native level in French (or certified C1 proficiency is the mandatory minimum). A competent working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Demonstrated strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate detailed information clearly and persuasively to clients. A deeply client-centric professional attitude, characterized by patience, empathetic listening, and meticulous attention to operational detail. Basic familiarity with computer operations and a proven capacity to quickly learn and utilize new software applications. The required capacity to perform duties on-site at the company's Lisbon facility. Compulsory: Possession of EU nationality or holding current, valid legal authorization to work and reside in Portugal. Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory) Prior professional background in a client-facing role, such as customer service, technical assistance, or hospitality services. Experience using CRM software or prior exposure to a high-volume contact center setting.
