We are looking for a highly motivated French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support. You will help customers by answering inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring they receive an outstanding experience at every interaction. Key Responsibilities Assist French-speaking customers through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Work closely with internal teams to escalate or resolve more complex cases. Keep detailed records of all customer contacts in the CRM system. Follow company procedures, service-level guidelines, and quality standards. Contribute to a positive team environment and share ideas for continuous improvement. Stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and company policies to provide the best service possible. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluent in French (native level or C1 minimum). Good command of English (B2 level or higher). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to work on-site in our Lisbon office. EU citizenship or valid work permit/residence documents allowing you to work in Portugal. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM tools or contact center environments. Interest in building a long-term career in customer experience or operations.
